What is the Logs tab?
Answer:
We've made it easy to keep a record of past properties, offers, and participants with the Logs tab.
MLS Log
The MLS log will show you any properties you've imported from your MLS.
Offer Log
The Offer log lets you see a record of any offers you've submitted or offers submitted on your listings. You'll be able to see and filter by the property address, the buyer's name, the agent type (i.e. listing agent or buyer agent), property status, offer status, and the date. Click Filter to sort the offers in your preferred view.
Participant Log
The Participant Log displays any participants in your negotiations, including buyers, sellers, and observers. You'll be able to view and filter by the participant's name, role, email, property address, property status, offer status, and date. Click Filter to sort the offers in your preferred view.
