In this article, we'll cover how to approve an agency membership status for agents, brokers, and agency administrators as an agency administrator.
How do I approve an agency membership status?
1. Once you log in, you'll land on the dashboard. From here, select Settings.
2. Click on the Agents tab from the main menu.
3. Click on the pencil icon under the Actions column.
4. Select the Agent tab next to Profile.
5. Click on the drop-down menu under the Agency Membership Status column, select Approved, and click Save. Note: You also have the option to approve someone as an agency administrator or a broker.
