In this guide, we'll learn how to register as an agency administrator, so you can oversee the agents at your brokerage and have access to agency administrator features, such as approving an agent into the agency, monitoring listings under your brokerage, and more.
1. Fill in the fields, accept the Terms of Service, and select Sign Up.
2. Select Agency Administrator on the Registration screen.
3. The following screen will give you two (2) options:

Add an agency. Click HERE to proceed with this option.

I wish to join the selected agency with elevated permissions of an Agency Administrator. Click HERE to proceed with this option.

Steps for Option 1: Add an agency
1. If you cannot find your agency from the drop-down menu, select the first option that states: "Add an agency". Then, click Next.
2. The following screen will prompt you to register your agency. Fill in the fields and click Next.
3. Select your MLS and enter your MLS ID on the Association Details screen. Then, click Next.
4. The following page will confirm that you are approved to list properties in Openn. Select OK to begin uploading and managing your listings in Openn.
Steps for Option 2: I wish to join the selected agency with elevated permissions of an Agency Administrator
1. Select your agency from the drop-down menu, and choose the second option that states: "I wish to join the selected agency with elevated permissions of an Agency Administrator". Then, click Next.
2. The following screen will confirm that your application to join the selected agency as an agency administrator was submitted for review. Click OK to proceed to the Dashboard.
